Processing/Shipping Times:

All of our items are printed to order - please refer to the website banner for current processing time.

Processing time includes designing, personalising, preparing, printing, pressing, packing and processing your order.

We print all items to order, and this can take a little time so please keep this in mind.

Order delivery occurs after orders are processed with us. 

If you require sooner, please send us a message prior to ordering or select the RUSH ORDER option at checkout.

While we endeavor to dispatch on time every time, we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery date however tracking numbers are supplied with all dispatched orders.

After our processing time, your order will then be handed to our preferred delivery service to have it safely mailed to you. You will receive notification as soon as this happens with a tracking number.

We use flat rate shipping with tracking and our prices are set to the current Australia Post rates for 500g parcels: 
 
Domestic Shipping:
Australia Post Parcel Post $10
Australia Post Express Post $15

***Our Order Processing time applies for all shipping methods with the exception to a Rush Order***

Note: we are not located within Australia Post’s Guaranteed Overnight Delivery Network so you may not receive your Express Post items the next day and Express Post items still require the standard order processing time. 

Once an item is dispatched it is in the hands of Australia Post or international shipping company and Tilly&Wilbur will not be held responsible for any items deemed undeliverable, lost in transit or returned to sender.

We recommend using the Australia Post Tracking App to get notifications of your order's delivery status.

Please check your confirmation email to ensure the delivery address and details are correct. You can contact us if these details need to be updated. 

Local pick up:
If you live in or are visiting the Stanthorpe QLD, area and would like to collect your item, you can select the Pickup in Store option at checkout.

 We will let you know when your item is ready to collect from our studio at Shop 3 (IGA Complex), 10 Davadi Street Stanthorpe, QLD, 4380.
