Perfect - just what I was after
Beside the absolutely perfect slogan for the Queen my daughter is and entering this new phase in life, my purchase experience was stellar! The shop has recently changed the sizing of their shirts, and the size I'd initially ordered had run out when they processed my order. Immediately, they notified me of the change, and offered alternatives. The turn around time between messages was very quick, and the communication was excellent. Following the size change, I'd accidentally miss entered my address, which they quickly brought to my attention and verified the correct address. I've had shops send things to the wrong address, even when I've entered it correctly, so I greatly appreciate the time taken to verify the error on my end to make sure my products got to me.
