At Tilly&Wilbur, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality, personalised garments for all ages. We use standard Australian sizing and stock a wide range of colours and styles to suit your needs.

Given sizing can vary between brands, we recommend comparing the measurements in our size charts with a similar garment you already own and love. Please see size charts below.

As a general guide for Australian kids' sizing, the size usually corresponds to the child's age. For women looking for an oversized fit, consider opting for the Staple tee (men's tee), which features longer arms and waist hems than the Maple tee.

Many of our listings use "lifestyle" images to promote the designs, which means the colour or style you receive may not be an exact match to what is pictured. We also source our garments from different suppliers across our baby, children, and adult ranges, although we will aim to match the garments as close in colour as possible, the colours in 'matching' sets may not always be identical. If you’d like to confirm the exact colour or sizes, please feel free to contact us prior to ordering.  

Please choose your sizes carefully. Since we lovingly print every item to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges in line with our policy. If you're unsure about sizing, don't hesitate to reach out to us for help. We're more than happy to provide precise measurements!

It’s simple, don’t let the item be worn thereby ensuring it will never need washing! Jokes aside, all items are machine washable however we recommend turning inside out and using a cold wash and mid detergent. Please don’t soak, tumble dry or iron directly on prints. 

Processing/Shipping Times:

All of our items are printed to order - please refer to the website banner for current processing time.

Processing time includes design printing, personalisation, garment pressing & printing, as well as hand packing your order.

Order delivery occurs after orders are processed with us. 

If you require sooner, please send us a message prior to ordering or select the RUSH ORDER option at checkout.

While we endeavor to dispatch on time every time, we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery date, however tracking numbers are supplied with all dispatched orders.  The Australia Post tracking app is a great tool to keep track of your order's delivery status. 

We use flat rate shipping with tracking and our prices are set to the current Australia Post rates for 500g parcels:

Domestic Shipping:
Australia Post Parcel Post $10
Australia Post Express Post $15

***Our Processing time applies for all shipping methods with the exception to a Rush Order***

Please contact us for the current Australia Post delivery estimate to your postcode. 

Note: we are not located within Australia Post’s Guaranteed Overnight Delivery Network so you may not receive your Express Post items the next day and Express Post items still require our current processing time. 

Once an item is dispatched it is then in the hands of Australia Post or international shipping company and Tilly&Wilbur will not be held responsible for any items deemed undeliverable or lost in transit.

If your address is incorrect or your parcel is marked as unclaimed and returned to us there is an Australia Post Return To Sender fee which we will forward on to you. If orders are delivered back to us marked Return to Sender, we will contact through our ordering system with information and the option for return postage. 

Local pick up:
If you live in or are visiting the Stanthorpe QLD area and would like to collect your item, please enter the code- STANTHORPEPICKUP at checkout to remove shipping costs. We will let you know when your item is ready to collect from our studio at Shop 3 (IGA Complex), 10 Davadi Street.
